Capacity building training program was held at Bishop’s House, Kotnoor for Catholic youth of Gulbarga Diocese. The program was organized by Yuvachethana, the youth wing of the diocese in collaboration with the Indian Social Institute, Bangalore. The three-day training program began on 22nd July and concluded on 24 July. In the presence of Bishop Robert Miranda, who conceptualized the program, the participants were invited to take advantage of it. There were 35 participants from Bidar, Gulbarga district. The resource persons were Fr. Balraj SJ, Mr. Shujayathulla, and Mr. Manohar from the ISI, Bangalore. The youth actively participated in the training. As part of the program, they were able to share their personal story and also listened to the personal sharing of others. Thus building confidence in their efforts to achieve their dream.
