Bala Jyoti Program organized the Bala Milana children gathering on 4th March at the premises of Divya Jyothi School in Balaki. Each child who was assisted by the diocese in his or her educational development was seen at this event as their intellectual growth continued. Various competitions were held for the children and Balajyothi tuition teachers and animators prepared the children for the competitions. Around 270 children from 12 villages participated in the event. Mr. Beemanna Biradar was the chief guest of the day inspiring the children to inculcate the virtues of work and forgiveness from Jesus and the virtue of service from Mother Theresa. Bishop Robert Miranda president of the program encouraged the children to have faith in God and faith in themselves. He also inspired them to aim high. Fr Vincent Thoras coordinated the program, Sr Stella worked for the success of the program. Fr Rocky looked after the arrangements.
