Deanery-wise Mission Orientation Programme was organized on Saturday 11, 2022 at Yesu Nilaya, Bhalki at 9:00 am for the Bidar Deanery and on Sunday 12, 2022 at Sugyan. Very Rev. Fr. Praveen D’Souza, Provincial Superior of the Congregation of Franciscans, was an inspiration to the priests and sisters.
This Orientation Programme explained the mission approach and the thrust areas of the mission work. Bishop in his presidential addresses gave key insights into a few mission activities. 50 participants from the Bidar deanery as well as 40 participants from Gulbarga deanery including the parish priests, mission directors, and superiors of the religious houses attended the program. They also participated in Adoration and the Sacrament of Confession.
