Diocesan Pastoral Council Meeting was held on 13 August 2022 at Sugyan, the Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Kotnoor. Meeting began at 2.30 pm and ended at 5.00 pm. The Vicar General, Fr Stany Lobo, presented the final minutes of the meeting and summarized the consolidated report of the Synodal Church. Rev. Fr. Anil Prasad, Regional Secretary of the Pastoral Plan in Bangalore, was the resource person for the day, and spoke on the Anti Conversation Bill and New Education Policy. The Diocesan Procurator, Fr Fredrick D’Souza, spoke about the implementation of the Parish Finance Committee. In his address to the gathering, Bishop addressed the impotence of the Synodal Church and our commitment to the journey ahead. Mr. Anand Raj, Secretary of DPC thanked with the blessing of the Bishop, concluding the meeting.
