The Bishop of Gulbarga, Most Rev Robert Miranda, organized two days of ongoing formation and self-assessment as well as envisioning for his priests on 14-15 March 2023 at Sugyan, the diocesan pastoral center. Fr Fedrick Dsouza, the procurator of the Diocese introduced and welcomed the resource persons. Rev Fr Dion Vaz S. J provincial superior of Karnataka Jesuits, and Rev Fr Jossie SJ. Fr Dion Vas SJ dealt with the Vocation of the priest, Conflict Management and Confrontation, Discipleship in troubled times/ Reflection on leading in a time of crisis, and Empowering through leadership. Fr Jossie sj dealt with examine of consciousness, Interiority, Discernment in troubled times, and Forming an integrated way of living. Priests were sent for spiritual conversation and shared their views during the plenary hour. A total of 29 priests participated and refreshed themselves to live their priesthood to the fullest.
