As part of the review of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan, a meeting was held at Sugyan, the Diocesan Pastoral Center at Kalburagi, on 16 March 2023. The review meeting was preceded by a prayer service, during which Fr Lawrence Arun invoked God’s grace through the medium of prayer. Fr Stany Lobo, the Diocesan Coordinator of DPP welcomed the Bishop and Fr Anil Joel, the Regional Coordinator of DPP. Secretaries of various commissions presented their annual reports of the activities conducted during the year. The Bishop and Priests of the diocese gave their remarks and observations to the secretaries. In his address to the gathering, Fr Anil Prasad expressed appreciation for the work being done in the Gulbarga Diocese despite all the difficulties and challenges it faces. Bishop thanked the commission secretaries for their support. Fifteen priests and three sisters were present on this occasion.
