The event took place at two locations: the SUGYAN Diocesan Pastoral Centre in Gulbarga on June 13, and St. Joseph’s PU College in Bidar on June 14. Fr. Stephan Veigas, Secretary of the Education Commission, welcomed the participants and set the tone for the event. Led by Rev. It also included training on the code of conduct for teachers, legal issues affecting educators, and time management skills.

The training ran from 9 AM to 5 PM and welcomed principals, teacher coordinators, and selected teachers from State, CBSE, and ICSE Board schools, from primary to tenth grade. Each school sent a team of ten members to ensure the knowledge gained would be widely shared. He stressed the need for ongoing professional development to create a positive learning environment. He noted that the 2024-25 academic year would focus on training all stakeholders within KRCE’s network, which includes 152 societies and nearly 2500 educational institutions across Karnataka.

More than 600 Participants praised the programme for its clear structure and valuable insights. The training featured interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions, fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere.
